My Best Substituted Tryptamines List So Far.

I use it as a hippie flip component in a series of molecules.
(unlike shrooms as part of a hippie flip, 4-AcO has none of the nausea you can get with shrooms so some of the anxiety is removed)
1. 10mg 4-AcO-DMT, oral.
2. T+40mins - 90-120mg MDMA, oral
3. T+160mins - 45-60mg MDMA, insufflated
4. T+220mins - 20mg 2C-B, insufflated (nasal spray)
5, 6, and 7 are optional
5. When I am ready to go to sleep 20mg Ketamine, insufflated (nasal spray)
6. 5+15mins - 1 x medium pull on NN DMT vape
7. 6+20mins - 1 x medium pulll on NN DMT vape

Sony2xlIt is a pro-drug for psilocin. However, there is an assumption that psilacetin can also be psychoactive. No clinical studies were carried out to distinguish the phenomenological effects of psilacetin, psilocin and psilocybin. I did not use this tryptamine, no interaction information for 4-AcO-DMT. But you can use the combo chart (the position of "Mushrooms"):
