In what terms? In real life? Depends on the country but undercover cops often use german cars like VW.
But if u getting observed its hard to detect, thats why its called observation...
If u got the feeling ur under surveillance stop what Ur doing emediatly and keep your computer and or appartement clean. Normally in germany and austria police only has the option do do a observation of your Phone etc for 2-3 months. If u keep your feet still you will see if you get supriced by police. Greez
