Need help with making 5F-ADB E-liquid

I can buy 5F-ADB or ADB-BUTINACA localy and want to make e juice.
Im a complete noob and dont know anything about chemistry
my questions are:
how do i melt the powder to mix it with e-liquid
how much powder should i put in 1 liter for it to be potent enough to sell.
should i buy 5F-ADB or ABD-BUTINACA what are the diffrences?
